Summary of the meeting with the authors of the book "Italiano vero. Lexica włoska w polszczyźnie XXI wieku".

"Bank", "frill", "rocket", "archipelago" or "carnival", which ended yesterday... All these words found their way into modern Polish from Italian. And these are just a few of them...

We were able to hear about Italian lexis in 21st century Polish during the presentation of the book Italiano vero. Lexica włoska w polszczyźnie XXI wieku, at a meeting with its authors: Dr. Łukasz Berezowski and Dr. Joanna Ciesielka.

Banditto, prezessa, romantiko, mruczando - these are examples of humorous Italian-like language forms cited in the book "Italiano vero. Lexica włoska w polszczyźnie XXI wieku".
