The exhibition "Nicolaus Copernicus. Life and Work" opened at the Consulate General in Milan

The exhibition Nicolaus Copernicus. Life and Work is a new exhibition that was created thanks to the initiative of the Archives of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The exhibition was officially opened by Anna Golec-Mostroiani, Consul General in Milan, and Agnieszka Stefaniak-Hrycko, director of the Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Rome.

The launch of the exhibition is one of the chords of this year's celebration of the 550th anniversary of the birth of our versatile master - not only an astronomer, but also a lawyer, mathematician, cartographer, economist, physician and, according to some, philosopher. The exhibit, currently housed at the Consulate General in Milan, will soon go on tour throughout Italy.
