Museum of King Jan III's Palace in Wilanow invites you to participate in the international conference entitled "Sobieski in memory - objects, places, forms and meanings", which will be held on November 5-7, 2024.
The aim of the conference is to stimulate discussion on the goals, forms and meanings of recalling the figure of John III (as well as the Sobieski family), from the 18th century to the present day. All researchers and scholars dealing with the Sobieski family who would be willing to present their lectures at the event can send their paper proposals until April 30.
The conference will have an international character; lectures will be delivered in Polish and English.
