The IPN publishing house has published a biography Still Looking for a Homeland Lost in September Clouds. On the wartime trail of Major Wladyslaw Drelicharz by Dr. Maria Radożycka-Paoletti, historian, fantastic activist for Polonia, translator.
The monograph presents the history of the Polish soldier against the background of the battles on the Eastern Front and in Italy. Experience in combat, attitude of patriotism, perseverance, dedication and participation in many battles determined the appointment of Drelicharz as commander of armored weapons of the 2nd Polish Corps. Being far from his homeland, Major Drelicharz believed that he would return to his beloved Poland. He ultimately ended his life in the battle for Faenza.
