Exhibition "Nicolaus Copernicus. Life and Work"

The exhibition Nicolaus Copernicus. Life and Work is an initiative carried out by the Archives of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The opening of the exhibition took place in the presence of Anna Golec-Mostroiani, Consul General in Milan, and Agnieszka Stefaniak-Hrycko, director of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Rome.
The launch of this exhibition is one of the initiatives related to the celebrations of the 550th anniversary of the birth of Copernicus, not only an astronomer, but also a jurist, mathematician, cartographer, economist, physician and, according to some, philosopher. The exhibition, currently housed at the Consulate General in Milan, soon will be set out on a journey through Italy.
